Ohio changes cigarettes filing schedule effective July 1, 2016

Ohio is transitioning to a new taxation software system on July 1, 2016, and the transition will require a change to your cigarette filing schedule.

Beginning with the July 2016 reporting period, cigarettes wholesalers will be required to file your cigarette tax return CIG-58 on a monthly basis instead of semi-annually.
