Iowa issues new Iowa Cigarette Tax Stamps starting Jan 1 2016

Iowa issues new cigarettes stamps with improved security features, the old stamps will continue to be valid until December 31, 2015. Any unused old stamps can be returned to the Iowa Department of Revenue for refund.

How to get a refund for old unused stamps?

• Complete the Iowa Refund Claim Affidavit (https://goo.gl/79NsaF).
• Mail the filled form with the unused stamps to Iowa Department of Revenue, PO Box 10472, Des Moines, Iowa 50306-0472.

How to order new stamps?
